And I know God was just trying to prepare me.

Great idea about the bagger!! I shop mostly at Aldi's where you bag your own, and at Kroger and Walmart I use self-checkout. I have control issues! LOL.

But that is exactly what I mean. LIttle things that can just brighten someones day or take a load off.Krista Phillipshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10772828583379163612noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8885384159016667608.post-12053211155812731602008-09-08T17:09:00.000-05:002008-09-08T17:09:00.000-05:00Krista, great reminder!Krista, great reminder!Amy Deardonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01360116339457651031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8885384159016667608.post-45555305035299333172008-09-08T11:31:00.000-05:002008-09-08T11:31:00.000-05:00It's amazing how God knows when I need a little en...It's amazing how God knows when I need a little encouragement. Like after I get a few rejection letters from agents/editors, or I get a crit back showing lots of errors that need to be corrected, you get my drift, right?

Well, it's always around then that I get a little bit of encouragement from a fellow writer, or just a friend in general.

It's amazing how a little word of encouragement can inflate me.

My idea for encouragement, which I try once in a while and it seems to bless them, is: Bag your own groceries next time when the grocer check out is down a bagger. They seem so flustered when a line five people deep is waiting to get checked out, but their bagger is gone so they have to ring up everything, then bag, then......get my drift?

It just really seems to bless them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
