The other day at work (if you recall, I'm working a part-time temporary job through January helping out my previous employer during their busy time and doing some clean-up)...
Anyway, at work, I heard my coworker say something about being excited about getting a bundt cake.
I stopped for a second. A what?

(yeah, not a fab hair day for me....)
A few days later, I was going out to lunch with 2 coworkers (including the bundt cake one... she'll totally appreciate me referring to her as that!) and she noted that she had to stop by the bundt cake place on her way back.
I laughed. The WHAT place? They have a place specifically for bundt cakes? How ridiculous was that?
She assured me that the bundt cakes were phenomenal and I shouldn't knock it 'till I tried it.
As we pulled up to the store, she joked, "You should totally blog about bundt cakes, Krista."
I took out my handy dandy camera phone and starting snapping some pictures to be silly.
And oh my goodness.
I feel head-over-heels in love with the bundt cake place!
More aptly, it is "Nothing Bundt Cakes."
Who would have thought someone would make a store JUST for bundt cakes? And that it would be GOOD?
But oh-ma-goodness. It IS good! In my personal opinion, it puts all the cupcake places to shame. I am a cake fan, but really am not a lover of the gob of icing like you get at the cupcake places.
But at the Bundt cake place, you get this fabulously moist cake with the perfect amount of frosting draped over the cake and filling the "hole."
In the same vein as my love of sandwich puns, the possible bundt puns are endless!
What's even more super cool is that on this particular day when we visited the Bundt cake place, let's just say work was a wee bit stressful.

Who'da thought, huh?
(and no, they don't know me, aren't paying me to say nice things, and probably have no clue of my blog. HA. I just really liked their bundt cakes! I looked on their website, and they have 2 in the Nashville area and a bunch others in other states! I'd HIGHLY suggest you see if there is one near you
