Lacy has a dream...

Don't you just love kids? Sometimes they just have a unique way of putting everything into perspective.

Case in point: The below is something Lacy did at school when they were talking about MLK's Day. The teacher had them go into another room and pretend they were "thinking." Lacy then had to write whatever her dream for the world was.

May I live my life with as much passion to share Jesus with the world as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had for the dream of equality amongst God's created mankind.

DISCUSSION: What is YOUR dream for the world?

Same as Lacy's. :) Lacy is so big. She was four months old when we met, KP. FOUR MONTHS. Then again, I didn't have any children when we met. Krista, are we getting old?

Lacy's dream is so perfect, I couldn't possibly top it. I'll buy into hers!

So cute. She's obviously got good parents teaching her the right way. :-)

My dream is to snatch a few of those Haiti orphans and give them a soft bed and warm food. In the meantime, I have to be content with donating money and supplies.

Hi Krista -

Lacy is a smart little girl!

My only dream for the world is to line up with God's dreams. He looks forward to the day when there will be a new heaven and a new earth, and evil will be eradicated.

Blessings,
Susan :)

That's so touching. I had a similar-ish moment with my 7yo daughter over the weekend, and it warmed my heart to toasty and humble.
