Fat Friday: Week 12

This is what I'd LIKE to eat for breakfast this morning:

This is what I'm MAKING myself eat in the name of weight-loss:

Any questions?

Oh, I broke even this week, which is a MIRACLE because I ate horribly and didn't exercize even close to the amount I should have. Next week... here I come!

Everyone have a GREAT holiday weekend! No post on Monday... C-ya Tuesaday!

Discussion: Any grand plans for the weekend? Are you using the holiday to "play" or "catch-up" on writing?

No change is better than gain! Good for you, Krista. I don't think I made a dent in my weight either, have to check yet though.

Catch-up for me this weekend!

Have a great weekend, Krista! I'm probably going to spend as much time as I can outside in the incredible weather. I'm pretty excited!

3.2 pounds this week for a total of 23.2! Still no processed food, chocolate, caffeine (other than what is in green tea), fried food, or hydrogenated oils. Rode my bike five miles this week and walked about two on the trails at Mammoth Cave. I'm happy with that! 116.8 to go!

I'm using the holiday to catch-up" on sleep. I might exercise some but I'll definitely catch-up on writing. And conference prep. And prayer for the conference.

Congrats on staying even. The only thing that has ever helped me lose weight is calorie reduction. I can workout till I'm about to pass out and the only real results are from me starving. Go figure.

I guess you'll be starving yourself the week before the conference, eh? :) I decided I needed to lose a few pounds too before the conference, so I'll starve right along side you for the next couple of weeks! Isn't it funny how vain we can be at times!

Have a great weekend!

It's 2:30 in the afternoon, and now I need a doughnut. ;P

Congrats on breaking even! And good for you for making the right choice...I KNOW how hard that can be (as I'm on my way downstairs to grab a cheese stick instead of loading my kids in the car to go get a Krispy Kreme!).

No big plans in this house, which is actually kind of refreshing! Hope you have a lovely, healthy weekend!

Hi Krista -

You'll do better next week. Don't give up!

I played during the week, so it's catch-up time.

Susan :)

Feel confident in knowing you are making the effort to improve and in knowing God wants women to have some curves.

This weekend we are planning a garage sale, so I probably won't get much writing done.

Have a great weekend.

Okay I had to try again. Last post had many fat finger errors. Laptops do that. Sigh.

Weight Watchers has a really good Stuffed Breakfast Sandwhich. It is five point though.

And Vic's White half salt popcorn--Three cups is 130 calories and and 4 grams of fiber.
